You would love to answer that question. You want something that rolls easily off your tongue. You want to see the person you are talking to, nod and smile with approval. You want to be able to explain your work in a way that even the lady on the bus understands.

It’s just assumed that if you build a business and it is making money, everyone is happy. And the way to make money is to sell something. The basis of all business is the exchange. The bargain; an agreement between two or more parties as to what each party will do for the other.
That’s why you are putting all this pressure on yourself.
You want to be sure that you don’t end up in a situation where you get the short end of the stick.
